These are my tasks at ZINQ in Leipzig.

Christoph Gläsel: „As plant manager in Leipzig, there is no typical working day for me, but that is precisely what makes it so exciting, as it means I learn something new every day. I enjoy my daily work with people, developing solutions for our customers and, basically, being the contact person for everyone and everything. I enjoy working with figures just as much as driving the forklift truck myself on the plant premises when deadlines otherwise couldn't be met. It definitely helps that I've been able to acquire a lot of practical knowledge during my time at ZINQ. I started as a production employee in Leipzig in 2001, where I temporarily managed the shifts and goods receipt; later I moved to the office, eventually joined technical sales and ultimately supported plant management at another location. From 2014 to January 2021, I managed the plant in Heldrungen before taking over management here in Leipzig. This has always gone hand in hand with the excellent further training opportunities offered by ZINQ, which enabled me to recently pass my DIN examination as a coating inspector at the highest level „C“.".

That is why the company is a good fit for me.
