The aim of the entrepreneur-initiated foundation is the training and promotion of the education and upbringing of children and young people who, due to their origin and/or life circumstances, do not have the opportunity for vocational training or have correspondingly limited chances to integrate into society.

Not only are carefully selected projects financially supported by the foundation, but they are also accompanied in the long term, such as the youth theatre productions and language camps of the Consol Theatre in Gelsenkirchen since 2006.

How do we get involved there?

Shaping the future for the next generations is an important aspect of ZINQ's social responsibility. For this reason, external social activities have been pooled within this foundation since 2000. With the support of employees, business partners, customers, and suppliers, a large number of pioneering projects have already been realised in previous years.
