Lars Baumgürtel has been a member of the management board at Voigt & Schweitzer since 1992, managing partner of Voigt & Schweitzer since 1998 and sole managing partner of the ZINQ Group since 2008.

Bart Van Samang began his career at ZINQ in 2006 as an accountant and has been in his current position as Group CFO since September 2024. He is responsible for Finance, IT, Procurement, Governance and Compliance. Bart Van Samang has been a member of the Executive Board since 2015.

Stéphane Vlahovic has held various positions in the company since 1995: first as head of the ZINQ Bordeaux and ZINQ Auvergne galvanising plants, then as sales and marketing manager for the Group in France. After the takeover by ZINQ, he became Managing Director of ZINQ France - a position he continues to fulfil alongside his new role as COO of the ZINQ Group.

Dr Birgitt Bendiek has been involved in the development of the ZINQ Group's integrated management systems since 2005 and has been a member of the management team since 2012. Dr Bendiek, who holds a doctorate in metallurgy, managed ZINQ Technologie GmbH for over eleven years. She has headed the German division of the ZINQ Group since May 2025.

Rob Ikink has been responsible for ZINQ in a managerial role in the Benelux region since 2005 and currently manages the group's activities in Benelux (Galva Power Group NV and Zincoat BV) and Poland.
