duroZINQ batch galvanising of components for the construction of a new, high-quality and timelessly designed steel bridge for the Wiesloch Riding and Driving Club (Reit- und Fahrverein Wiesloch e. V.) – collection of the „black“ components and punctual delivery of the corrosion-protected components to the construction site were also carried out by ZINQ.

 

Realisation

For this order, ZINQ utilised a double-dip process. The components, protected against corrosion with duroZINQ, were then delivered to the construction site in Wiesloch so that they could be erected there on a just-in-time basis. Weighing over 4.5 tonnes each, the side elements along with their connecting components were put up within a single day. Perforated grilles as flooring and glass elements subsequently completed the bridge to create a worthy new „landmark“.
