The ZINQ family has grown: at the start of the 2025 training year, 28 new trainees began their careers with ZINQ in Germany, including 22 prospective process mechanics alone. The young professionals are starting a training programme that ZINQ established itself 20 years ago. Since then, we have been training the skilled workers of tomorrow in these and other industrial professions. Over 70 young talents are currently shaping their future with an apprenticeship at ZINQ.

Six commercial trainees have joined the ZINQ family this year: four industrial management assistants at the Gelsenkirchen site, and one office management assistant at each of the Leipzig and Bruchsal sites. In addition, there are more than 20 prospective process mechanics: they started their working lives at their respective training locations across Germany on 1 September. In the autumn, a meeting with all their fellow trainees is on the agenda: on 27 October, we are inviting all process mechanics to the big „Welcome Day“ in Gelsenkirchen.

As a family business with established values, ZINQ has placed great importance on training its own young talent for over five decades. With the employer brand 'Mach dein ZINQ' (Make your ZINQ), we are committed to these values and, above all, to our employees. Under 'Mach dein ZINQ', we bundle all opportunities and prospects for a successful professional development at ZINQ.

We are currently supporting over 70 future professionals in Germany as they take their first steps into the world of work. Following their apprenticeship or dual study programme, we offer them clear career progression opportunities right up to management level through a talent programme. Already today, 75 per cent of our managers have come through our own training programme – and that is precisely the essence of „Mach dein ZINQ“!
