Ich habe sieben Jahre lang als Werkstudent im technischen Bereich in unserer Niederlassung in Antwerpen gearbeitet. In dieser Zeit habe ich mir Schritt für Schritt meine technischen Grundlagen erarbeitet. Im Jahr 2024 erhielt ich die Chance, zum technischen Leiter für die belgische Gruppe aufzusteigen. Wenn ich zurückblicke, wo ich angefangen habe und wo ich heute stehe, bin ich manchmal selbst überrascht. Der Sprung, den ich gemacht habe, ist enorm.

This development did not happen on its own. In recent years, I have received an extraordinary amount of support and trust from my supervisor. This trust has helped me to deepen my knowledge, take on my tasks with confidence, and develop further in this position. Thanks to this support, I have dared to take on new challenges and have been able to continuously develop.

I'm now on my fourth container change, and I'm still learning something new every day. No two days are the same, and that's precisely what makes the job so exciting.
