We would therefore like to give you some tips on pricing for hot-dip galvanising. With just a few details, you can check in advance what the costs for galvanising will be. Of course, we will also be happy to provide you with a non-binding quotation. The galvanising price is made up of the following 2 components:
Prices for hot-dip galvanising are quoted in euros/weight unit, i.e. in Eur/t or Eur/kg (Eur/100 kg).
Invoicing is based on so-called white weighing, i.e. the weight after galvanising is used as the basis for calculation.
Please note that only the calculation according to white weight guarantees correct invoicing. The so-called black weighing on the basis of flat-rate weight surcharges does not guarantee correct invoicing of the galvanising service, but is no more than an estimate.
Prices for commercial customers
Please note that we calculate separate prices for commercial customers with products from the areas of steel construction, series, locksmith and metal construction articles and steel trade. If you would like to enquire about corresponding prices, we will be happy to provide you with a binding offer.

Maximum dimensions:
Components can be galvanised by us if the material is at least 3 mm thick and the components fit in the centre of the boiler at the respective location.
Please enquire about larger dimensions. Excess lengths up to 25 m can be galvanised together.
The component dimensions are not only one of the elements for pricing, but also determine the technical process sequences. Therefore, please note our information on the technical data of the locations.

50 % Bulkiness surcharge
Projection on one side > 300 mm
100 % Bulkiness surcharge
Angled on two sides
200 % Bulkiness surcharge
Bulky from 600 mm depth
50 % Surcharge - double dives (length)
100 % Surcharge - double dives (height)

Spun goods:
The ZINQ Group offers the option of galvanising small parts. Here, the parts to be galvanised are placed in perforated metal baskets. It is not necessary to wire the parts as with piece galvanising. After dipping, the basket is placed in a centrifuge and the material is spun. Excess zinc falls off the material so that no zinc thickening or noses are formed
