ZINQ surfaces + ZINQ® duroseal or + ZINQ® duropass = a shiny connection

Surfaces on steel hot-dip galvanised with duroZINQ or microZINQ offer the best possible protection with a superior appearance. Like all surfaces, zinc surfaces also darken. A patina forms and, under certain conditions, superficial oxidation products (zinc hydroxide or white rust).

For optimum gloss retention of duroZINQ or microZINQ surfaces, the post-treatment processes ZINQ duropass (conversion layer-forming passivation) and ZINQ duroseal (sealing) are available.

Both post-treatment processes are free of CrVI- and Co-containing compounds and solvents.
